Fandom High Prom - Part I

City Hall is aglow with the light from the torches. Streamers in blue and yellow line the way for students towards the ballroom. Inside, hangings and other decorations represent the Lost Cities. A working volcano stands in Krakatoa's corner. Seven DVD players are projecting 3D images of the cities as well. And streamers, glitter, candles, balloons, and lights are everywhere.

Prom has begun.

Phoebe bit her lip. "Dance with me later?"

Not the lip-bite. He was helpless. Grumble.

"If you wish, a ghraidh."

Camulus really hoped she didn't mean right at this moment. Because that meant that she might forget about it. He was too fond of his First Prime to just decline.

Phoebe smiled brightly. "Thank you, A stor. I'll be back in a little bit to claim that dance."

She was really looking forward to this.

Phoebe had no idea that the idea of dancing with her was causing Camulus distress. She would never knowingly cause him distress like that.
