The Perk, Wednesday afternoon
Castiel was an angel on a mission. A mission to locate something on the internet that had nothing to do with sex. It hadn't been going well, so far.
He had, however, managed to locate some fan sites devoted to the books by Carver Edlund, apparently even from his own universe.
It was quite a find, a confirmation that, despite his own failure to get back to it, his universe was still in existence. It was not, however, something on the internet that didn't involve sex.
There was, in fact, quite a bit of sex involved.
Castiel had read each of the published Edlund books cover to cover. He'd read the drafts of the unpublished works. He was intimately familiar with the whole story. And he was quite certain that the boys had never done that. They were brothers.
So Castiel was busy typing away at astounding speed -- for someone typing with two fingers, at the very least -- as he created a profile for himself on one of the websites and set about to correct this strange misconception.
Someone was wrong. On the internet. And it was up to Castiel to correct them.

"You . . . are a woman, yes?"
Lucky her, he was leading into it slowly.

When she gets home she will throw this dress out.
"I am," she finally answered.

"A heterosexual woman?"

"Merely . . . exploring the internet."

Not tempted to use any extra powers, at the very least. . . .

That was disconcerting.
