With last week's excitement behind here, Mary had a rather boring Saturday ahead of her, going over the books to make sure everything looked correct. She did sneak in some moments to check on her farm in Facebook, since she hadn't really done much with it all week.

Hurley opened up Groovy Tunes and instantly set up an odd mix of bands: Red Hot Chili Peppers, Orange Range, Yellow Moon Band, Green Day, Blue Oyster Cult, Indigo Girls, and Ultraviolet Sound.

He thought it was clever.

Groovy Tunes was open for all your music needs.

[ooc: Open post, and the OCD is somewhere over the rainbow.]

The exhibit of neo-surrealism was still up, and Sophie had settled in for a quiet Saturday of making final arrangements for... things. Now that she'd talked to Steve about that little plan.

There was coffee, tea, and cider on the sideboard, and the gallery was open.

It had been a good week. Sure, Kate hadn’t been doing much, but she had been here, and nothing too weird had happened, and there was a trip to look forward to. And most importantly, there was no stress. Being free of stress was a precious thing. It made her happy.

It also seemed to weird out the waitstaff at the Perk. After her last few visits, they seemed highly suspicious of how cheerful she was at them.

And it didn’t help that she ordered tea. What the hell was up with that?

Kate firmly ignored the looks she was getting. She took a seat by the window, got her sketch book from her bag, and began an attempt at capturing the view with a ball-point pen.

Chuck was at work but that didn't mean he was doing much bartending. He had brought his laptop with him and was doing researchy type things. If there was one things Basses were good at, it was research.

Cool research type things, not lame nerd research type things. There was a difference.

And, surprisingly, little of this had to do with porn.

"Well now, this is a much smaller crowd that last week," Ghanima said as she surveyed the people assembled in the gym, Tyler silently and moddedly standing beside her. "So much so, that I don't think we need to assign pairs."

"Since much of our membership seems to have absconded in honor of break week, everyone take a turn and go to it."

[OCD up, [livejournal.com profile] tyler_back totes modded with permissions. Not enough people signed up to run the RNG this week, so it's open sparring only.]
