Putting up fliers seemed rather gauche, honestly, but since it seemed that was the way things were done, Hannibal was putting up fliers. (Honestly, didn't everybody have e-mail these days? Even the people from pre-Industrial Revolution times?)
His fliers were more like nicely printed posters, glossy and (just in case) rain-proof, but that was only practical, since you never knew what might come out of the sky.
