Rey's warehouse- Friday afternoon

A porg had gotten in here today. Rey didn't mind, but it was flying from place to place trying to follow her around, which was kind of annoying when she was running the course.

Once she'd finished she went to get some water, and it landed on a crate, looking at her inquisitively.

"Are you all working up to a wildlife convention here?" she asked.

It didn't answer. It felt like a valid concern, though.

Oh, hey, you know what Summer had been meaning to do for a while now but kept missing because Fridays were generally terrible lately? Go see Rey at the warehouse, that's what!

But she managed to make it over there today, knocking on the door in warning before opening it and popping her head in.

"Rey?" she called, ready to duck out to aboif any suddenly flying objects or blaster bolts. "You in?'

"Yeah," Rey called. "We're all here."

"All?" asked Summer, deeming it safe enough to enter and coming fully inside. "Are there more than one of you today?"

"Me, the woodchucks, and a porg."

E-I-E-I-O.

"I'm the only one training."

"Oh, riiiiight," said Summer, now drifting over and giving any woodchucks nearby an apologetic smile. "Kind of forgot about the woodchucks. Sorry about that, guys. Guess it really has been a while, huh?"

"It's fine. And sometimes the warehouse isn't up till it's dark. I'm glad you're here," she said.

"Glad I could finally make it," Summer said with a snort. "Finally, I said I would, like, what? A million years ago? What are you working on today?"

"I've been playing on the course, which was made much trickier with a small bird following me," Rey said. "I think it was purposely trying to be in my way on the jumps."

The porg looked unapologetic.

Summer grinned down at the porg. "He's just trying to help, right?" she asked with a snort. "Give you a challenge. But, hey, if you need someone to hold a porg back for you a little so you can run it unfettered, I....Well, I've never had to hold back a porg before, but I could definitely try."

"I kind of want to see that," Rey admitted.
