((you didn't? i was in the second enrollment and acting quite shy, so that can be right :) ))

An hourglass mug should do the trick, i guess. It's getting better and better, yesterday i was able to eat the food at the cafetaria. I think about a year more practise and i'll be able to eat like everyone else 0.o :)
