On the shore somewhere
Hands stuffed in his pockets against the chill November wind, Aaron took himself on another walkabout through town, still trying to get a map of it in his head. His walk took him to some of the lesser seen parts of towns, small alleys barely big enough for him to fit himself through, dock areas where trawlers pulled in traps of lobster and crab. His hiking boots gave good purchase as he scrambled along the breakwater quay.
His hazel eyes were darkened and somber as he watched the waves rolled in, whitecaps foaming among the rocky shore before the aqua water faded into the dark of the ocean again. His lids closed slowly as his body relaxed to the metronomic pounding of the surf.
Aaron wondered if there were anywhere on the island to rent a small sailboat. The weather was chill and the breeze on the water and the spray would be positively freezing, but even imagining a sailboat cruising through the rolling water caused him to flush with exhiliration. His hands jammed even further into his pockets as he tipped his head to the wind, letting the breeze carry his hair off his face.

"Oh," she said a little startled. "I'm sorry. I ddin't mean to intrude. I was just coming down to sit by the water and... but, I can just go and let you be. Sorry."

She was also just a little overheated, thanks to the unaccustomed weight and the cool breeze off the quay seemed a pleasant way to reduce some of the heat.

"I suppose that I wasn't thinking," she responded gravely, offering him her hand. "I am Wednesday Addams."
