The Rare Books Shop is OPEN

A to the C in the hizzouse! The chill atmosphere of the Shop has been shattered today by the introduction of a sound system alternately playing hip hop and trance. The Demon languishes in the the lounge like some Byronic hero...come compliment his dope sombrero.

((This one is just for Crowley and his peeps...or if you want to be his bizzatch, you know...iss all good.))

[OOC: Marty opened up a shop post for Tuesday earlier -- just FYI.

Lovely hat, dear boy.]

Already in the store, Belthazor looks up as the music starts, more than a little surprised.

[I think I see a divine coronary coming on.]

Yes. Quite...pimp. What is that God-awful noise?

[ooc: Because I am a sad sad little lemming]

Shifting his feet on the couch, Wilson looked up curiously as the sound barrier was practically broken.

"Is that Depeche Mode?"

{{Mourns the fact that it is day, and she cannot come play with the doctor...}}

[ooc: *So totally not enabling* Sewer system?

Lowering the book in his hands to his chest, Wilson slunk a little further down on the couch.

"Old school? There's a new school? Or any school at all?"

[[If you're up for it... *evil grin*]]

[Considering the music for a bit, Azirphale decides that Crowley might be right. Granted, it isn't Benny Goodman, but it's not so bad.]

Don't you find it's a bit...loud, though? I mean, for a bookshop?

Sneaking in through the plot hole sewer access, Darla notes Bel and a very gawky looking boy arguing. She files another mental note to check with Bel as to if this is one of the wretched kids students who resouled Angelus. And then she notices (http://www.livejournal.com/community/fandomtownies/404815.html?thread=16343887#t16343887) the doctor she met her first night in Fandom (http://www.livejournal.com/users/vampiredenmommy/658.html).

[ooc: Oh you know me, I'm always up for it. *eg* Just as long as it's all right with Crowley, since it is the Pimp Daddy's fun and games.]

Does *NOT* point out that you can get Queen if you leave a tape in the car long enough. Starts humming, "Princes of the Universe".

{{Crowley loves me. Until, you know, he gets bored and murders me. It's the kind of love I understand.}}

Marty looks up from the register at Crowley and his mouth just drops...

[identity profile] dr-jwilsonmd.livejournal.com 2005-11-29 07:49 pm (UTC)(link)
Wilson blinked and asked, not entirely in a smart ass tone even, "How did you miss the entire 90s?"

Bel catches Darla slinking in out of the corner of his eye and smiles to himself, wondering if she takes requests on people to drain. No sense wasting good blood, after all. Then again, who knew where Marty's blood had been.
