Spike's Pub is Open 12/10

The mood that evening for the pub was suppressed. Yazoo returned from his trip into town in a foul mood and it clung around all three like a heavy cloak. Still, they had a job to do and so they opened the pub. Kadaj decided Yazoo was in no state of mind to tend bar so he was relegated to the watch position along with Loz, picking up restocking as was needed.

Everything in place, the sign flickered to OPEN and customers were greeted to the loving strains of System Of A Down for the evening.

Spike comes into the bar followed by some NPC delivery people carrying large crates.

"Hello boys. Hope you don't mind, but I've decided that we need to provide a little more fun for people here if we expect to stay in business"

Spike motions to the delivery people and they start to unload and unpack their crates.

Kadaj watched as the crates were brought in and stacked around. He leaned on the bar and looked at Spike. "What do you have?"

Pizza Oven and Deep Fryer

The NPC delivery people unpack and install a new oven and deep fryer in the back room.

"I've got a couple of NPC townspeople coming in to run the kitchen guys. Don't try and run them off. The Pizza toppings will be pretty standard. The deep fryer are for chips or 'fries' as these yanks call 'em. Also there's this deep fried onion flower thing I've tried that's actuallly quite nice."

Pool Tables

The deliverymen unpack and set up two pool tables and the assorted cue sticks, balls and other assorted pool items.

"The pool cues are made out of fiberglass. Don't ask why." Spike says grimly.

Dart Boards

Spike sets these up himself.

"Not that I like the game... but it's a standard pub feature."

Telly

A wide screen TV is set up by the NPC Deliverymen.

"I'll let you boys decide what's on the telly. Cricket. Football. Porn Whatever you feel like. If a customer wants to watch something in particular you have the right to tell them to sod off."

Spike points out the Pizza ovens and deep fryer, the pool tables, dart boards and the new widescreen TV.

"When you set the place up for the night make sure these posts are up functioning properly. Hopefully the damn radio will stop making suggestions this will bring in some more people. Not that I care really."

All the brothers nod in unison. Seemed simple enough. As long as they didn't have to pull kitchen duty, they would do whatever Spike wanted with the pub.

"You boys think of anything else you'd like to add to the place? You guys practically run the place more than I do."

"Someone suggested dancers," Kadaj said with a twist of his mouth. "But I think that's inviting trouble in the door." He looked at all the things being put into place by the movers.

"This looks good," he nodded.
