Shop's open. Tex' got Appo to set up a computer so she can continue playing F.E.A.R. Doesn't quite compare to the real thing. Her troopers are still searching for the owner of the spacefighter they found last night.

In the morning, Aeryn goes to check up on the Prowler and sees the troopers, so she knows where to go. Not that she's happy about it, but she really should have expected it.

When she comes into the shop she greets Tex with, "My ship is in lockdown."

Tex paused the game and looked at Aeryn. "Yeah, that's what happens when you park without paying the parking fee."

"What do I have to do to get it out of said lockdown?" she asks.

Tex tilted her head. "Don't you think a fighter like that is a bit exaggerated to hunt vampires with?"

"I'm not going to be hunting anything," Aeryn says, and there's something about her Prowler being surrounded by armed soldiers that really doesn't sit well with her at the moment. "What do I have to do?"

"You can start by explaining where it came from and why it's here," Tex suggested.

"It's a Prowler. I used it to get back here," she says. "I had to land somewhere."

"Get back from where?" Tex asked. "And what exactly do you want to do with it if I release it back to you?"

"From home," she says, though using the word feels really wrong at the moment. "And I'm not doing anything with it except keeping it here. What do I have to do?"

"Honey, I'm not going to let a fighter like that stand out in the open without security on it. I had a look at it, I know what weapons are on there. Those Peacekeepers of yours aren't exactly hippies." Tex replied.

First, Aeryn's annoyed anyone else calls her that, but she's not stupid enough to say so. "I'm aware. Again. What do I have to do."

"Move it to somewhere secure," Tex said and shrugged. "But I want troopers on it. There's no way I'm risking letting some punk kid have a joyride in that thing."

"I want access if and when I need it," she says, because that's a must. "Troopers or not."

"Fine," Tex nods. "But no one gets near that thing without you."

"Agreed," Aeryn says. "Where can I move it?"

"Hang on," Tex moves back and uses her comms to communicate with Appo. After some debating, she comes up with a solution.

"Imperial Junke Yard in town. It won't be completely out in the open and it's easy enough to secure."

She nods. "I'll move it immediately."

"I'll come watch," Tex says, her tone making it clear that this was not optional.

Best she can do. Another nod, and Aeryn's already on her way out the door to get to her ship.
