Artie is wandering around the town in a rather jovial mood. He's taking short cuts, and on the look out for anything that might require the services of the strongest man . . . in the world.

Also, he's whistling a jaunty tune! It sounds like it might be a sea shanty. He's got Mortimer on his string leash flying in circles above his head.

Perhaps he will go canoing later.
