The Park, Sunday Afternoon

After Brunch, Tim sat in the park with a cold drink. hoping for something magical, or sci-fi-ish, for him to not see or hear even though it's right in front of his face.

open to interaction, his brain filtering everything he sees and hears so that it fits into a mundane world view is half the fun of this plot so please, come be wacky.

Another apple in hand, Sakurazaki decides to take a stroll into town that afternoon after all of her morning work. Technically, yes, eatting in public was considered rude in Japan, but, well, this wasn't Japan, and she was still suffering post-flight hunger, though thankfully not as much. Sighting Tim in the park, she drifts over with a little wave. "Hey, Tim," she says, taking a bit of the fruit. "How are you?"

Sakurazaki didn't listen to the radio last night; she was on a sort of silent protest against it for barely mentioning her in the jello dragon fight. So she finds herself asking, "Amnesia?"

Her eyes are a little wide. At least it didn't appear that Tim turned into a crazy, psycho girl when he caught amnesia. Yet. But Sakurazaki was ready to run if she had to.

She scowls a little at the mention of radio. "Seems they always get the information you don't want out and then always forget the information you do." Actually, that wasn't particularly true...They'd never said anything she didn't want them to, but she was a bitter little samurai.

"Wait a second...Thursday?" A wave of guilt strikes Sakurazaki. "Did, um, Pippi happen to mention where and how the hit on the head happened?"

Sakurazaki winced. Great. She had to cause of Tim's amnesia on tape and was even checking it out and writing notes about it that morning. Her face fills with red.

"Oh, yeah, I was there. You did get hit pretty bad, but..." She can't formulate the words, only lets out a long whistle. "And amnesia?"

Maybe people should just avoid potentially head-conking objects around her. The. End.

In the corner of the room was a perfectly normal shrub.

If shrubs wore boots.

And took notes.

But really, it shouldn't be all that noticable. Even if it did snort a little sarcastically at the description of the radio.

"Well," there's a brief whimper of guilt, eyes diving away and toward the ground. "I was filming Pippi for my documentary, and, when you showed up, the two of you sparred as she explained her style for footage. So, yeah...I...actually....have the entire thing on tape....Was just looking through it this morning, actually...."

Sakurazaki's face is redder than her apple.

Something tickles Sakurazaki's ninja senses, especially with the presence of a possible Canadian yakuza on her mind. Did that shrub just snort? Were those boots? And did it just refer to the park as a room?

She shakes her head. It was Fandom. But she made sure she raised her alterness levels. No Canadian ninja was going to assassinate her; not today. Damn it.

"Well," Sakurazaki shrugs. She'd never really seen Tim fight; knew he'd been involved in some things, but beyond that? "I think you fight a little, but I'm not really sure. Mostly, you were just pretending to be a robot for demonstration."

Would showing Tim the footage be helpful...or damaging to his condition? She bites her lip; and here she thought she'd be finished with anmesia for a while.

"Pretending. To be a robot." Seemed pretty clear to her. "Pippi was just explaining that robots were difficult to fight because they didn't so much mind being thrown like humans do when you came in, so you pretended to be a robot so she could explain it better for the documentary."
