Setsuna grinned at Konoka-Ojou-sama, cradling the ball in her arms as she wiggled her toes in the guady bowling shoes while her friend pushed in all the information for the screens. //"Remember when the whole class went bowling after the Kyoto trip? Think we'll do a little better than then? What was it, you a 21 and me a 50?"//

"Heh," Setsuna smiled and, dropping her ball to her side in the other hand, linked their pinkies together, blushing at the closeness, blushing at the fact that she wanted to go beyond just joining pinkies, wanted to take her hand and pull her close and...and...

Setsuna smiled, still blushing fiercely, and quickly looked for something else to talk about. //"Did you manage to get all the information for the screens entered?"// She makes a point to lean over the little computer boxes in front of the alleys and inspect them.

Dwah? Setsuna just sort of stared at the screen for a moment; turned to Konoka with an edge of worry as she pointed at it. //"How come I gotta be a -chan, but not you?"//

A bit of a sad look crossed her face. //Oh... you don't like it? I'll change it then Set-chan...// She starts to do just that.

//"Oh, no, no, no, it's fine, Ojou-sama, really!"// Setsuna rushed in to stop her, seizing her lightly by the wrist to move her fingers away from the touchscreen, but quickly, embarrassingly dropping. She gave a frantic, nervous laugh. //"Really. I...I like it; you don't have to change it."// She tried her best to beam encouragingly at her friend.

It was about that time that Chad and Ranma entered the bowling alley, Chad in the middle of trying to explain, in as few words as possible, how the scoring for a strike or a spare held over to offer extra points, but without much success. Chad gave a look around the place on their way over to the counter and then stopped suddenly, plopping a hand on Ranma's shoulder to get him to halt as well.

"Hey," he said, pointing a little. "Isn't that Setsuna over there?"

Cue panic. "It is..." This isn't good... Last time he was with them both at the same time he really felt bad for almost ignoring Chad. Oh shit...

//Oh! Set-chan! Look it's Ranma! HI Ranma!// She waves cutely. //And who's that tall guy he's with..?//

Setsuna's head snapped up. Ranma? What was...what was he doing here, usurping on her precious, short time with Konoka-Ojou-sama? Her eyes narrowed a little, until it registered in her mind which 'tall guy' she was refering to. Her eyes then widened, and she gulped, blush instantly springing up.

//"That..uhhh...that's Chad,"// Setsuna told her quietly. //"Ranma's...b..boyfriend."//

How would they respond to Konoka-Ojou-sama's greeting? Would they just wave an go about their way (their date? Was this a date they were on?), or would they want to come join them?

Even though he knew she was greeting Ranma, Chad still waved back at Setsuna's friend. Too, too cute not to respond.

"Hey, Ranma. Think we should go see if they'll let us join them?"

Chad thought he was in for a good night bowling with Ranma, but add two cute Japanese girls into the mix? Even better.

With that, Chad headed toward where Setsuna and her friend with, giving another wave. "Hey, Setsuna. Not too late to fit in two more, is it?"

Ack! They did want to join them. "H...hey, Chad, Ranma." Setsuna nervously bobbed her head, face a flurry of nervous blushes beneath an undercurrent of anger and 'how dare they interupt my Konoka-Ojou-sama time' which brought her taking a very small step closer to the other girl. "Ahh, no, we haven't quite started yet, so we can still add you in on our game, no problem."

Ack! Why did you say that?

She laughed a little nervously. "Oh, and Chad, this is Konoka-Ojou-sama. Ojou-sama, this is Chad."

What was she doing?

//Set-chan...// Konoka tugs Setsuna sleeve and pulls her closer to say something softly. //I need to talk to you about something before we have to leave tomorrow...// Then she turns to Chad with a smile. "It's nice to meet you! You can just call me Konoka."

Chad nodded. "Nice to meet you, too, Konoka." He then noted Setsuna's lack of introduction. "I take it you already know Ranma, then?" he asked.

"Of course! Ranma-kun carried my bags up to the room! Right Ranma-kun?" She ruffles Ranma's hair. "Set-chan never told me you had a boyfriend!"

Ranma looks about ready to die. Right then and there. All these words and the touching. He retreats a bit behind Chad slightly, blushing. "Yeah..."

Setsuna's a little envious of Ranma at that moment. She wished she had something so effective to hide behind to hide all the blushing. Well, Konoka-Ojou-sama did have all that hair...

Instead, she opted to give off a nervous chuckle and set things into motion. "So, about this bowling thing...Uhhh, Chad," that's right, get rid of the one who's making you the most uncomfortable, although getting rid of him meant being there with Ojou-sama and Ranma, but... "Why don't you go up there and get the games paid for and let them know you're sharing with us. And shoes! Why don't you get shoes for the both of you while you're there?"
