After watering Ino's plants and going through his routine check-up of showcases and security systems, Cable slapped the Open sign on the door.

A moment later, he also placed a chair by the desk. The latter was starting to get foot imprints.

A map of North America had found its place amidst the neatly stacked papers.

ZOMG VACATION

Ino showed up after her last final. "Good morning, Cable-san!" She called, as she started a tour around the store to fuss with her plants.

"Ino," Cable nodded, glancing up from his papers. "They've been watered."

She beamed at him. "That's great!" It didn't stop her from examining every single one of them though. After all, Ino was pretty sure she knew plants better than Cable-san, even if he was awesome. "How has your week been?"

Cassandra wandered in and started looking around. Quietly examining various items for sale.

"It was a week." A mildly perturbing one. It was the songs. He shifted behind his desk, opening up a drawer and shoving the map back in.

There was a familiar - and quiet - face. Cable glanced up, just for a moment, acknowledging her presence. Then he returned to examining the map, quietly scribbling on a sheet of paper.

"I dyed someone's hair," Ino said brightly, "and I'm going to kill him if he actually bought dye remover like the radio said someone tried to sell him." She was pretty sure Cable-san wouldn't care, but Ino liked to talk.

She was spending most of her time looking at various hand-to-hand weapons. The guns got a brief look (especially some of the bigger ones), but that was all.

Oh, those throwing knives looked pretty well-crafted. Cassandra paused to lean over the case and look at them more closely.

"Try to keep it clean," Cable deadpanned, moving out of his chair.

Another glance up, then. He watched her carefully. "Can I help you?" Cable asked, as the lingering seemed to continue.

Cassandra lifts a hand to point at one of the blades. She wants to see that one.

She grinned at him. "If I worked it right, no one would know it was even murder. Except you, 'cause I just told you. And some people might guess." Ino wouldn't actually do it, of course. "It'd be very clean."

After a moment's deliberation, Cable got up out of his chair. He set the few required steps towards Cassandra, crossing his arms and glancing at the glass. "You're trained?"

It wasn't in Cassandra's nature to shoot him a sarcastic look, so she didn't. She just nodded very seriously.

Then she added, "Very."

"Nothing is cleaner than hypotheticals." Cable shoved his chair back under the desk, walking into the hallway.

ZOMG JEALOUS

She tagged after him, still grinning, "Which makes having an imagination fun, don't you think?"

"Fair enough." Entirely unperturbed by either the virtual sarcasm or the lack thereof, Cable opened up the case. He took out the blade, balancing it momentarily.

MUHAHAHAHAHA

She frowned, watching him hold it, trying to judge the weapon's balance based on the way it sat in his hand.
