Robin's Show That Will Never, Ever, Ever Get Named At This Point

"Hiiiiiiii, everyone." Robin spun in her chair, already warming to being back in it. "After a long hiatus, I'm back on the airwaves, and here to answer all of life's pressing little questions. And also play your music, though I totally reserve the right to tell you it blows if it does, in fact, blow."

She stopped spinning before adding, "Lines are open. Hit me."

She's really not afraid to mock your taste.

Because Robin's a really good role model.

Um, so Robin's hiatus lasted a little longer than I meant for it to because I fail at remembering to put this up, but for the new kids -- it's a call-in show, so just call in with questions or whatever, and she'll answer as best she can, or play music. And remember, if Robin's a bitch to you, it's not personal.

Also I'm around for most of the day, but reserve the right to disappear for a nap.

Barney entered, sat himself on a chair, and whipped out a cigar to smoke.

"Oh, hey Scherbatsky," he said, as though he hadn't noticed her there before that moment and this was a completely normal thing for him to do.

"Did you bring enough to share with the rest of the class?" she asked, holding out a palm and raising a brow.

He rolled his eyes, but retrieved another cigar from his inside pocket and held it out to her. "I'll give you twenty bucks if you can make the next caller cry."

"Easy," she replied, gratefully taking the cigar and lighting up. "I made some chick cry awhile ago, actually. Over her computer."

"Then maybe we should up it to insulting them until they cry," he told her. "Something to entertain me."

"Life's not fascinating in the world of corrupting young minds?" she asked, mock-frowning at him.

"It's not like this town has a laser tag arena," Barney pointed out.

"Bet we could find one," she replied, thinking about it now. "On the mainland. I mean, come on, you've made do without a strip club at your ready disposal."

"We could create our own in the danger shop. Make the students take us on," Barney said, inspired.

"And then kick their asses. To hell with boosting their self-esteem," Robin said, nodding.

"Well, duh!" Barney had assumed that part. "They'd spend the whole time crying because they were always dead." Oh the glorious laughter.

"Is there any way to make sure the really whiny ones are there? You have no idea how much crap I hear because I happen to tend bar." Robin rolled her eyes.

"Hmm," Barney considered this. "I could give the annoying ones in my class detention just for existing. That should fill up the game quickly."

"Are you allowed to do that?" she asked dubiously.

"Aww, does Scherbatsky feel sorry for the ickle kiddies," he made a face at her. "Please, like anyone cares."

"I so, so do not. Please, I spend my Thursday nights listening to these kids whine about how hard their sad little lives are. But, I'm dating a member of the administration," she pointed out. "So while I'm all for it, don't tell Benton."

"Right, your Mountie," Barney said. "Has he worn the thong for you yet?"

"I...what? No," Robin said, staring at him. "Oh. We're moving in together, by the by. Don't steal his crap or make us take any quizzes."

"Did you learn nothing from when you tried that with Ted?" Barney shook his head.

"Ted wanted a TV in the bedroom," Robin said with distaste. "All Benton is bringing with him is like, his dog and his uniforms."

"And what's another dog when you already have a wolf pack," Barney smirked. "Uniforms, eh? I'll have to offer him a hand."
