Vala was there, camped out with a stack of bridal magazines and catalogs, which she stopped perusing long enough only to check her phone for cute text messages (not that she knew for sure that Barney was texting her or even had texting capabilities on his phone) or to admire her engagement ring.

It was a good day in Vala-land, even if she did have to work.
