The Park [Friday, All Day]
There was a clown in the park. He was bouncing around one of the benches, entertaining himself with one of his balloon animals. The balloon animal, even up close, probably wasn't recognizable but this clown didn't care. He laughed and bounced with unrestrained glee.
"Who wants a balloon animal? Free balloon animals! Anything and everything you could ask for!" the clown exclaimed, waving his balloon animal around. "I've got pleeeeeeeeeeenty of supplies so step right up and claim your balloon animal!"
With his announcement made, he continued laughingCREEPILY happily and doing little clown dances.
[ooc: All balloon animals will come to life after dark and attack! Post is open all day but you can handwave getting one, two, or a whole herd if you don't have time to get one here!]
