Ray's hair was full of sugar. This was not good for his haircut, alright? He was spending some time trying to get the damn stuff out, but the whole process seemed kinda futile at the rate it was going.
Needless to say, Ray was a little more than his usual cranky today. Ray was annoyed, and Rick-Ralph-what's-his-name seemed to be the one paying for it. "Did I ask you for more paperwork? Seriously? If you had half a brain, you'd realise, we don't need no reports on teal deer activity--"
