Pixie Dust, Monday, 1/26
The sound system at Pixie Dust seemed to have developed a mind of its own again, and it was blaring when Romeo ducked into the shop to start his day.
That was not a surprise to Romeo, and he made only a token and futile effort at shutting it down before giving up and getting down to the business of opening the store.
He was just glad, as he went to rearrange the stock (including some new lingerie for Valentine's Day) that today it was folk rock instead of polkas today. It still wasn't exactly his taste, but he would take it.
You may be a construction worker working on a home,
You may be living in a mansion or you might live in a dome,
You might own guns and you might even own tanks,
You might be somebody's landlord, you might even own banks
But you're gonna have to serve somebody, yes indeed
You're gonna have to serve somebody,
Well, it may be the devil or it may be the Lord
But you're gonna have to serve somebody
Romeo reflected ruefully that he supposed he should be grateful he'd opted to serve a mad pixie, rather than anyone worse.
[OOC: Open store, no OCD.]
