Mary still had the adorable beagle with her as she got to the front desk. She was a bit surprised that Hoshi still hadn't shown up to get her dog, but from the sound of things, the girl was a bit occupied at the moment. Mary could understand, and it was enjoyable to have Porthos around. It made her wonder if she should just get herself some sort of pet.

With Valentine's Day coming up, she had the housekeeping staff head up to all the specialty suites and make sure they were ready all those ~~horny teenagers~~ happy couples.

A frantic Hoshi showed up early in the morning after catching up on radio for the last few days. "Excuse me, Miss Connell, but have you-- Porthos!" she squealed as the dog came running at the sound of her voice. She picked him up and hugged him. "Oh, thank you! I was worried."

"Oh, it was no problem. Porthos and I had fun this weekend," said Mary, trying to stifle a laugh. "Probably not the kind of fun you had, though."

Hoshi turned red and gave Porthos another squeeze to distract herself. "That wasn't really me doing all that stuff," she tried to explain.

"Well, it sounds like you had plenty of company there," said Mary. "But luckily it ended without anyone getting too badly hurt, right?"

"Thank goodness for that," said Hoshi, still blushing. "I have to run, but thank you so much for taking care of Porthos."
