Strokes of Genius, Wednesday
In a fit of insomnia late last night, Katchoo had had the brilliant idea of going down to the computer lab for some idle web browsing.
That had turned out to be a spectacular idea, if by spectacular you meant 'astoundingly, shortsightedly moronic.' Some website she'd stumbled across had claimed to have the inside scoop on the so-called Big Six operation, dismissed by most people as paranoid conspiracy fantasy.
It had had just enough truth mixed into it to make the completely made up crap infuriating, and Katchoo had ended up spending the rest of the night wandering along a quiet stretch of the beach, smoking and kicking sand and ranting to herself.
Which was why she was half draped over the counter this morning, nine tenths asleep and doodling a single long, meandering, shaky line on one page of her sketchbook.
Clocky, for its part, was still staying out of kicking range.
[OOC: This post is not at all inspired by the reason I'm posting it at this hour. Really. Um. OCD has gone the way of my ability to sleep.]
