Elle was studiously at work, sitting all perky like behind her very neat desk. She tidied just a tad, watered plants, and made sure Bruiser was comfortable with his tiny doggy dishes and teeny bed. He was so cute in his white collar and black tie. Everyone should have a little pet to love and dress up; they just made everything better.
With nothing important to work on at the moment, she decided to browse the internet. Alex said ordering people about and having them order you about, was fun. Or could be. Elle was more than skeptical but began to search for the specifics of ordering people around. Her first query proved fruitless as she was seeing nothing but learning how to influence people.
This challenge was going to take serious concentration if she was to give Alex an answer by Friday. But she was considering the possibility that he wouldn't remember anyway or even care. She didn't think she made much of an impression on him. Which totally sucked and that thought only caused a pout.
Boys were difficult.
