Even to Dimitri, it was starting to feel like he lived at the gym. A seed had been planted by the overly talkative aerobics instructor that he needed to get out of there more and do other things. Dimitri had found himself agreeing just to make the woman stop talking.

Which meant today there was a special sign in the window that he'd found tucked away in the manager's office. Dimitri had made a face at the mention of spandex and drawn a line through that section, but the rest was fitting and visible to all!

Rose was coming back for her afternoon training when she noticed the sign in the window. "Does that mean that you're going to go read your books in the park instead of the gym?" she asked, finding herself funnier than she really was.

"I don't know. Are you going to be training in the park now?" Dimitri asked dryly.

"Hey, wherever you want," Rose said. "I just meant the sign."

"And I just meant I would still train you even with more employees," he replied.

Rose grinned over at him. "Just fewer aerobics classes?"

"There's a good deal of hope I won't have to give any aerobics classes." Dimitri didn't exactly have the peppy thing down.

It wasn't like he needed to, and Rose let herself consider that for juuuust a moment before she reached up quickly to pull her hair back and distract herself.

"They probably don't make it in your size anyway."

She would probably be surprised by the things found in his size. "Must mean I have no future in ballet," he deadpanned.

Completely unintentional dirty. "Luckily the Guardians don't have any form-fitting attire requirement." As nice as spandex might be to wear in a fight.

Rose was kinda about to die of laughter that they were having this conversation. "Red." Obviously.

Insanity of conversation was something Dimitri had attributed to Fandom.

His lips quirked at the idea of red. "Betting on stains?"

"I'm not Professor Deadpool," she said, making a face. "I just look awesome in it. What's your color?"

He had rather intimate knowledge of her looking awesome in black. Aaaand in nothing, but these were not things he should remember.

"Black. Blends in." Because he could do that so easily.

"Do you also hunch down to be shorter?" she teased. "To blend in more?"

She was trying not to remember him in much, but the fact he looked pretty damn awesome just in gym clothes didn't help that at all.

"Yes. I find that tremendously useful when keeping guard. Is that what you've been reading about?" He wouldn't put it past the human literature.
