This morning Martha had decided to wake up at 3:30 in the blessed AM just because... well she could.
Therefore Lindsay was expected to be awake too. And no amount of offering of treats, walks or anything would put the dog back to sleep so Lindsay could sleep in as well.
So it was a very tired looking Lindsay who was in the office today, glaring at the dog that was fast asleep next to her desk.
At least until she dumped half a bottle of drinking water on Martha's head to wake her up.
"Serves you right," she grumbled when the dog yelped at her.
