It was obvious that this whole thing was painful for Gwynn, but it was also obvious that she felt comfortable talking to Tim about it. Hell, even if they hadn't had a child together show up, she still would have sought him out to talk.

"No," she finally said softly. "Her Phillip doesn't know. He can't ever be told." She was quiet for a long moment before looking back at Tim. "He would want to claim her as his, show the entire realm that he has a daughter and a woman that he loves. Doing so would threaten his throne and perhaps all of Briton as well."

She brushed her hair back. "And Tim, my Phillip can't know that such a world or child exists, either."
