Ino was hyper today! And her fingernails were sparkly aqua! That was because Rinoa's party had been absolutely awesome and she had pictures and now she just had to get through her morning of studying and cleaning and chattering to the plants because at lunch?

She was dragging Helen out to explain why soap was absolutely, positively not an acceptable substitute for shampoo and conditioner. She was going to be fierce about it.

And probably attempt to bully Helen into buying pretty smelling and awesomely functional hair products. For totally fabulous hair. Poor Helen.

She'd totally be back for the afternoon though; promise!

Bang bang bang!

My hands ache today, sigh.

Helen showed up on time ~~though the mun was dreadfully late~~, looking rather unsure about the whole thing. Still, she was here and ready to try.

"Hello, Ino," she said, pleasantly enough.

Ino had been humming along to the radio in an attempt to pass the time as it was Almost Lunchtime and that meant she got to go out and shop and so when Helen got there?

She was greeted by an exuberant Ino! Who was going to attempt a hug!
Because she was way hyper today, yeah.

"Helen! You made it!"

Full marks for observation, Ino.

Helen let herself be hugged, though she looked a bit startled. And, quite honestly, she found she rather liked being hugged.

"I did," she said, hugging Ino back awkwardly. "Are you able to leave? We could always do this another day if you need to."

Trying to get out of things? Maybe. But she actually was shyly enjoying the idea of someone sort of taking her under their wing. She'd never experienced anything like that before.

"Nuh huh," she said, smiling and stepping back. One hand on her hip. "You're so not getting out of it that easy, you."

Helen smiled at her shyly. "Well then, I suppose we should be going."

"Hai!" Ino chirped, grabbing her bag and bouncing to the door. "Come on, yeah? It'll be an adventure."

In hair products! That was exciting!

Helen couldn't help but grin a little at that. "Okay," she said with resigned humor. "Lead the way."
