Alexander had run out of canon pawn shop items become a little bored with entertaining himself with random items around the store, but he had brought a large atlas of the world with him today to pour over. Cartography in his experience had never reached such an advanced state back home, and he found the entire thing fascinating. He was also hoping, maybe, just maybe, in his careful perusing of the maps, he could find a hint of the Land of the Green Isles. An entire semester had just flown by and he'd lost so much time being distracted by things that had nothing to do with Cassima.

Which just showed that maybe his mother was right about this place being good for him. But he didn't want her to be right about that.
