The Perk- Wednesday evening
As of yesterday, the idle "Do I go home yet?" thought became much more pressing, despite every effort Jaina made to ignore it. And there had been some serious attempts at distraction all day. She wanted to go, she didn't want to go, and either way she was tired of thinking about it. It'd be nice if she could say that and make the thoughts stop, though. She was starting to irritate herself into a headache.
So there was a visit to the Perk for a very large peppermint mocha, with a datapad set on the report Zekk sent about his latest mission (yes, he still kept her updated). She was ignoring any calls that came through on her comlink, though. She'd deal with returning messages for the next couple days, when her head was a little clearer.
