Arms Hotel, Monday, 1/10
Another Monday, another day at the Arms Hotel. And lucky Quinn got to deal with people calling to follow up from misplaced calls on Friday.
"No matter what the person you reached last week told you," she assured a woman who sounded a little hysterical, "we are not completely booked for an all-nude Scientologist retreat that weekend." She must have sounded convincing -- she talked the woman out of canceling her reservation, then she put a note in the file to upgrade her to a suite with free breakfast.
Ugh. Stupid phone mix-ups. Quinn was blaming her developing headache on that.
