Calvin picked up his triple-shot caramel mocha frappacino with whipped cream, and made his way over to the table where his laptop was set up and Hobbes was waiting for him.

Studiously ignoring the (many) emails from his editor, Calvin opened up his latest manuscript...and a copy of Minecraft. Just the one game before he got started. Just one.

Waking up in bed with Jaime had been a horrific start to a vacation Momoko hadn't wanted to actually take (no matter how much she needed it) and to a place she hadn't exactly wanted to come back to.

God, she hoped Fandom actually had a room for her. She didn't want to spend a weekend rooming with Jaime.

She ordered a large mocha with two extra shots and found a table where she could nurse her drink and stare out at the town that never seemed to age.

Upon arriving in the island with Faramir, the first thing Maladicta could think to do was find the coffee shop. Don't judge her addictions, they kept people from being turned into walking juice boxes.

"Oh thank the gods," she sighed, hood still firmly in place. Daylight and all.
