Karla had managed to open the store today. She'd walked inside, taken a look at the new shipment of toys, and realized that there was NO WAY she could be expected to work today. Not while feeling like this. Not while staring at a box of vibrators. And bringing it into the back room would be EVEN WORSE, because the back room was where ALL the adult toys and items were. Dealing with the more risque novelties was already bad enough.
It wasn't even worth trying. Karla set Mini-Morton up behind the cash register, set out a giant bowl of condoms, dental dams, and packets neatly labeled 'magic contraceptive tea' with a "FREE--STAY SAFE!" sign in front of it, and left the store.
...With a few free samples from the shipment, yep.
