Today's meditation special as recommended by Coulson? Angry Birds Space. During breaks from watching out to make sure nobody came in and tried anything, Coulson was trying to get through the Danger Zone levels right now. Frankly, if you could keep your calm through some of those levels, you could keep your calm through anything.
... Okay, he probably proved that he could keep his calm through anything back on the Helicarrier. But this was a close second.
