The horses did not want to go outside today. Dani assumed it was because of the heat, so she left the barn doors open for some ventilation. In the meantime, she took her new favorite seat out on the hay bales out front. She was just looking over to see if the hot firefighters were doing anything on their lawn when the skies opened up and Dani found herself drenched... in glitter.

Dani raced back into the barn and tried to brush the glitter off of her. There was glitter in her hair, on her riding breeches, and even on her brand new leather riding boots . "I'm cursed," Dani groaned as she pulled off her boots. "Please tell me that glitter doesn't stick to leather."

The Gig was open if you needed shelter, but there was no way anyone would be riding today.
