The Perk, Sunday Morning
Why not have a cup of tea at the Perk when it was such a lovely morning? Well, it was an acceptable morning, but Lucille had been in a good mood since Cassandra moved into her room. Granted, mornings and evenings could be a little awkward, but as Cassandra woke up early to exercise, Lucille just pretended to sleep until she was alone. And she had got into the habit of taking showers in the evening.
This morning she was writing furiously, almost forgetting to drink her tea. She mustn't forget any important part of the story she and Cassandra had been making up during their evening conversations. Never had she expected to experience such a wonderful true friendship.
