"How much GP for that ring?" Magnus, you seriously did not need more in your inventory.

"Depends on why you want it." Probably to look at dogs in people's houses.

"In case we need to look at something and we don't want to waste a spell slot on your weird butt eye spell."

He meant clairvoyance.

Also to promptly forget he had the ring.

Taako sighed. He was truly underappreciated. "Fifteen GP's."

"Deal!" Magnus said cheerfully, digging through his inventory for the money. "Do you take any robot arms?"

"What am I gonna do with a robot arm?" he asked.

[magnusrushesin]

"Sell--sell it?" Magnus said slowly. "You know. With your shop."

And someone would totally want to buy one. Probably not for sex stuff.

"Okay, what is someone else going to do with a robot arm?" He had his customers to think about!

Also he didn't want a robot arm he couldn't sell.

How dare you, they would sell. Maybe. Possibly. The odds... existed.

"Maybe they have an armless robot that they've been working on and these are just the thing they were looking for to complete their life's work!"

"How many GP's do you have on you?" he asked.

[magnusrushesin]

"Ten," he said glumly. "But I really want the ring."

[taakosgoodhere]

"Since you're a friend I'll make you a deal," Taako said. "Seven GP's and a robot arm for the ring."

[magnusrushesin]

"You have a deal, sir!" Magnus said, immediately fishing out one of the collection of robot arms he had. "I'll bring you some donuts from that one temple in town."

[taakosgoodhere]

"Awesome," he said, sliding over the ring. "Don't be a pervert with the ring, that's the only thing I ask."

[magnusrushesin]

"I wouldn't do that." He sort of might? But only for a goof. "I have better things to do than that."

[taakosgoodhere]

"Of course you do," Taako said, clearly not believing that. "Just use your x-ray vision wisely, it doesn't last forever."

[magnusrushesin]

Magnus very slowly removed the ring from where it was halfway onto his finger. "I guess."
