Trooper Station, Friday
The gossip mill was alive and well in the Trooper Station today as the Troopers were still trying to figure out what was up with Rosa's new hair.
Each story that Liam heard seemed to be more fantastical than the last. At one point, the running theory was that she'd barged into a dragon's lair to save a princess, except the dragon had been a wizard, and so the hair had been a curse (she'd still saved the princess, though, naturally).
He had no idea if any of their theories were even close to correct, and wasn't indulging them by offering an opinion. But between that and the cacophony of construction noises emanating from next door, it was quickly shaping up to be A Day.
