Amaya had been more than a little eager to get back to work in the shop, finishing up on the new molds and getting the metal melted for those practice swords for Kanan. She'd get them poured today, give them time to cool, and then she figured tempering them a little and brushing them up all nice would make for a good project for Fjord tomorrow. There was, of course, a pretty significant hitch in this particular plan of hers, but she was, of course, blissfully unaware, and mostly just pleased to be back in her natural habitat of working up a sweat with molten metals that could easily burn her face off.

Vacations were nice and interesting, sure, but they always seemed to last a little too long for Amaya, and she really just preferred working, anyway. It felt good to be back, and she'd already had a pile of notes and plans for a few Grecian inspired weapons once she got the founding taken care of and was ready to tumble right into her next challenge.
