Sparkle's Google history was going to be an interesting place, after today. Yeah, he'd come in to work for a shift, and all. Plenty of work to be done, always. But once the winter gear was down from the shelves and new spring stock was out on display, his attention wandered firmly away from clothing.

His searches were as follows:

That last one, ultimately, was the most satisfying search of the day.

It wasn't a giant cookie, no.
It was a very large travel mug of cioccolata calda, a thick Italian drinking chocolate that was nearly puddinglike in consistency. Along with it came a small pastry box of homemade madeleine cookies, dusted with nutmeg and powdered sugar. Meant for dipping of course.

The mug was branded "T42" so there was no doubt where these came from. No note, just a bunch of stupid hearts drawn on the pastry box in red sharpie.

Delivered by one of the couriers.

"OhmygodHernando."

He was so spoiled. See how spoiled Sparkle was? He grinned as he looked over the delivery, and then grabbed the courier for a second and made them wait so that he could send something back.

... Sure, it wasn't anything half as fancy, but Hernando was totally going to be getting a delivery of a quick doodle of what was presumably the two of them sharing those cookies, all cuddled up on the couch, with a tank full of little fishes nearby.

And also a bunch of hearts, because of course.

Hernando received the doodle and tipped the courier. He smiled and promptly put it on the fridge, moving all the other fridge magnets into a heart shape around it. Snapped a picture of it with his phone.

Plated up more cookies and poured himself a mug of chocolate. Arranged them artfully on the living room table and took another picture from the perspective of the couch with the fish tank in the background.

Because he was a man made entirely of sap and goo.

Entirely.

Both pictures were texted back to Sparkle.

Sparkle did not have anything to take photos of to text back. At least, nothing too schmoopy.

So he just texted back six hearts - a purple, blue, green, yellow, orange, and red one - bookended by little Pride flags. Thank you, emoji selection.
