Rey actually wanted to be checking in back home more than she was, but time was moving slower there for whatever reason and she didn't want to be bothering anyone. Since it'd been a week since the last time she'd called, she tried again today on her way in to work.

Which would be why her first words upon getting there were "What do you mean it's still the same day?"
