Bartending!- Caritas- Thursday evening

So technically this was a community center class, but ~~since no one currently had Thursdays~~ it was easier to bring the class to the alcohol rather than shuttle the alcohol back and forth there. So those who'd signed up had gotten emails to tell them to show up at the bar. Where they'd get behind the bar!

"Hey, guys," she greeted them. "I know some of you, but I'm Kitty, and I run this bar. The class itself is pretty simple: you're just going to learn how to make stuff, whether it's for a job, or just because it sounds like fun. And let's face it, after this week we probably all need it. So. Just go around and say your name and what your favorite drink is, because that's what we're going to be making today."

"All right, so we're going to go one by one, where you come back here and make the drink you named- I'll give you instruction if you don't know how already or what goes in it- and then everyone's going to get to try it," Kitty told them. "This is your introduction class."

Hi!

SO. If you didn't see on social media, I got into a serious car accident on my way home last night and my pings may be kind of slow between insurance calls and whatever the muscle relaxers do to me. I'm fine but going as fast as I can!
