Where had the week gone? Miguel had no clue. But his phone was telling him it was Saturday and he had work to get to, so here he was. With an awful lot of coffee.
Which he was apparently going to need, because the cook and the busboy were having a standoff in the kitchen.
After he finished a large mug of black coffee, Miguel scowled at them. "Look, make both and see which sells better, okay?"
They nodded and headed off their separate ways.

Luke's was open!
