That warehouse- Friday afternoom

There was a giant ball pit surrounding the obstacle course today. Apparently, if Rey fell from it, she wouldn't hit mats but a giant pit of plastic balls.

As someone who hadn't grown up with a ball pit in her life, this was just confusing.

So she was just waiting for Anakin today. Maybe it was a Fandom thing? Maybe it was training?

Anakin had not forgotten to hit post on this for an ENTIRE DAY why would you think that? came into the warehouse and stopped short at the ball pit. "Huh."

"So you didn't do this?" she guessed.

[sith_happened]

"I didn't," Anakin said. "It looks fun, though."

"A pit of plastic is fun?" Rey asked, eyebrow raised.

[sith_happened]

"Come over and try it," Anakin said. "My kids love them."

[thatwaslucky]

"Do you throw them?" Rey wondered, but she did come over.

[sith_happened]

"You fall in them," Anakin said, "and then throw them at your little brother and pretend you didn't. Or at least that's how Juliet does it."

"Okay, you first," she said.

She kind of just wanted to see it.

Anakin laughed, then shrugged and fell backwards into the pit.

[thatwaslucky]

"Is it fun?" Rey asked, amused.

[sith_happened]

"Surprisingly so," Anakin admitted. "Try it!"

[thatwaslucky]

She gave him a dubious look, but turned to fall into the pit just as he had.

"Oh, this is weird," she said, sitting up, which just made the balls move more.

"Harder to move around than it should be for a bunch of plastic balls," Anakin agreed.

"Did someone do this on purpose the first time, or was it an accident and everyone pretended this was normal?" Rey wondered, picking up a ball to squeeze a little.

Oops, that didn't reform easily.

"I think the second one," Anakin said, based on nothing at all.

[thatwaslucky]

"That's probably the story for a lot of things here."

And it a plastic ball ended up lightly bouncing off Anakin's hair head from out of nowhere, Rey certainly had nothing to do with it.

Anakin Clearly invisible rogue woodchucks tossed a handful of balls at Rey in retaliation while Anakin looked Extremely Innocent.

"Hey! That was unfair!" she said, batting one away.

It was totally fair.

"You started it," Anakin said, like a very mature grown up.

[thatwaslucky]

"I have no idea what you're talking about."

Liiiiiies.

Anakin laughed. "Sure you don't."

[thatwaslucky]

"I can't help it if these things move around," she said, wiggling her arms in the balls to prove her point.

Anakin burst out laughing. "That's the story you've chosen."

[thatwaslucky]

"Yep," she said, grinning.

[sith_happened]

Anakin tossed a handful of balls at her. "Catch."

[thatwaslucky]

She held up her hand, blocking most of the balls with the Force.

Except the one that bounced off her nose.

Anakin burst out laughing because that was hilarious. "Oops."

"It couldn't have been that funny," she told him.

[sith_happened]

"It really was."
