Steve was a goddamn Navy SEAL and had been trained to push through any kind of weather.
It didn't mean he loved it when it was cold, icy, and stupid outside. He'd take off his big puffy coat eventually...but it was going to take a few cups of coffee to warm up with first.
The Trooper Station was open, here for you, and ridiculously qualified. Just look at all those plaques.
