Fix And Clean Shop- Monday Afternoon
Dwight has luckily stayed himself that weekend, largely thanks to the heads up about last year he had gotten from Amaya. That morning on his run he didn't see any monsters or weird creatures... well, aside from the decorations that were still up... so he figured the oddness was probably over now that the weekend was done.
As he set up the shop he started up the oversized coffee pot and opened the doors. Part of him was disappointed in himself that he hadn't done more with Halloween and all. The masquerade party and fall ball had been fun, but the more kid-centric parts of the holiday... well it just didn't feel the same, doing it alone without Lizzie around. Maybe next year he would feel more into and would decorate the shop and hand out candy and all that.... maybe.
Dwight took out a couple of the boxes he had been working on and started doing the final sanding and staining work to get them ready. The air was cool and crisp, definitely hinting at the colder weather just ahead. Turning on the radio, Dwight found a good station (one NOT playing Christmas music) and got to work.
