Surf's Up - Tuesday Afternoon
Yesterday had been... not fun, to say the least. The bon fire he had handwavedly been too last night had been cathartic to an extent but it still left Billy feeling very tired and a little hung over. (Just ignore the empty cans and overflowing ashtray on the balcony of the apartment please Jon, he'd clean it up when he was a little more with it.)
Billy got to the shop later than usual thanks to everything but for once, the Porgs didn't seem too overly offended with having to wait. They had probably seen the bon fire last night and were likely giving most people a wide berth today.
Once the shop was opened, Billy started loading the new programs for the holosuit. There were some actual new surfing simulations and a couple new meditation and relaxation ones among others.
As he worked, Billy pulled out his phone and left a message for Jon to check in and see how he had faired yesterday.
Shop is open!
