The Troopers made the mistake of not looking busy when Steve arrived in the morning, so he'd made them all go on a run around the island.
Twice.
Now they were back to doing nothing but it was because they were tired.
Steve wasn't tired, but he wasn't doing paperwork either. He was busy doing a digital deep-dive into Nahele's father's criminal associations, of which there were many. Surely the judge wouldn't grant this guy custody, right?
