Watts was not a fan of paperwork; in fact, he actively avoided it. The problem was, he never went so far as to assign it to anyone else, which meant eventually he did have to just buckle down and do it.
Today was one of those “buckling down” sort of days, though it was possible whoever ended up having to look at this paperwork in the future would wish he’d had someone else complete it after all, considering the state of his handwriting.
