Taking Anna Pavlova out for a walk that morning had resulted in this very smart puppy eating a lot of powdered sugar snow, and while Rosa would have normally have just then dumped the hyperactive dog on Tightpants to deal with since she 'had to work,' she didn't have much work right now, beyond potentially planning an avoid-Christmas-Christmas-getaway, so she kept Anna downstairs with her in the office after all.
Because kicking back with some coffee and just watching her tear around the office in pursuit of her own tail was a whole lot better than checking emails or chasing down jobs.
And, hey. If it resulted in Anna getting into Lester and Wheeler's desks and messing things up a little while she was over there, wasn't she really doing them a favor by giving them something to do later this week? She was such a good boss.
