Calli took a moment, after stepping oh-so-daintily through the portal, to smooth out her clothes, pat down her hair, and adjust her glasses to make sure everything was in place. You never could tell with portals, they had a tendency to be quite the disruptor, but this one hadn't seemed so bad. She took a moment, first to access the surrounding area, nodded, and then took a moment to pull out her phone and poke at a few logistics. Adjusted her glasses again and tapped her chin three times as she considered what would be more important first: finding one of her fathers or acquiring cupcakes.

Obviously, cupcakes would win out.
