The gremlin aerobics class was all abuzz with Olympic gymnastics energy today, and so Gladio had helped them move a bunch of mats into the classroom space so they could work on tumbles and somersaults and flips a little more safely.

And if he managed to sneak in a lesson or two while he was there that left them (and even some of thr staff) a little in awe of just how well he could flip when he wanted to, well...

Okay, he was definitely showing off. Look, he might not be an Ignis when it came to that kind of thing, but he sure as hell wasn't a Prompto, either!

Atlas is open!

Arden was back and even though she made faces at the weights, she went for a heavier one this time. For a moment, her hand hovered over a much heavier one, but then a furtive glance around at everybody present had her reaching for one that was less of a jump.
